We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔️ Return window:

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

✔️ Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

❌ We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or wear marks

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories (optional: if you want to restrict)

2. Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not offered.
If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Return your item

  2. Place a new order for the replacement

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@angshstudio.com with

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • ANGSH Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

5. Refunds

✔️ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

Refund processing time: 3–10 business days (depending on your bank).

❌ We do not provide:

  • Cash refunds

  • Refunds to alternative payment methods

  • Refunds without proof of purchase

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging

  3. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees cannot be refunded.

If your refund has not arrived:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Check with your bank
